Amablu Blue cheese is made from whole cows unpasteurized milk. It has a rich and creamy flavor with a little salty taste that pairs perfectly with steak and hamburgers. This full bodied blue is special for many reasons! The sandstone caves where it is aged for at least 75 days was originally a beer cave set up before prohibition. When beer making was impossible with prohibition Felix Fredrickson set out to make "America's Blue Cheese" and so AmaBlue was born.
