Cheesemonger's Curated Cheese Selection - Cheese & Charcuterie
Henry Huntin and his family started Belletoile in the early 1900s in France and it is now one of the most infamous names in cheese. He became a master cheese maker and then his brie became one of the first ever brie and brie style cheeses imported to America. Belletoile Brie is distinct because of its butterfat, it is a triple creme cheese which gives it the creamiest texture. This brie tastes buttery, tangy, and mild with a subtle earthy mushroomy note.
The Belletoile creamery is located in the North of Meuse, France
