No longer a last-minute afterthought, Nick is showing folks how pickles (and their brine) can be the star of a meal. Passionate about the Southern tradition of pickling vegetables, Nick has added his own creative twist to deliver something special. Every brine has been created to bring out the natural flavor of each vegetable. And when the pickles are gone, the brines make fantastic marinades, vinaigrettes, and cocktails.
