Try our Mozzarella made in house by our cheesemonger! We get our curds from the amazing Caputo brothers Creamery which uses only local farm fresh milk and use traditional fermentation process to ensure that their curd in the highest of quality. Our own cheesemonger then magically transforms the curds into perfect balls of mozzarella.
