Reny Picot Mantoro, also known as "Michigan Manchego," is very similar to the popular Spanish Manchego cheese. This cheese is produced by following the time honored recipes handed down by Spanish generations; the twist with this cheese is that it is made from 100% cow's milk in contrast to DOP Manchego which is sheep's milk. 
The creamy golden color and combination of flavors is a delicate balance of sweet and salty, and is generally tangy with a light nuttiness.
