Our love of food takes us to Scituate Rhode Island and the Martinelli family who craft old world style charcuterie from their naturally raised animals. A craft inspired by watching Italian grandmothers go to their cold storage and make their own sausage. The Bourbon Bacon is a Southern style salami that combines the sweet smokiness of bacon and soft notes of vanilla and pork from Kentucky Bourbon. The Tuscan salami is delightfully approachable, aromatic, and sweet with a dusting of coarse-ground fennel seeds. No Nitrates.
